One press, one counter, 2012
We opened with a steam press, a hand-written register, and a lot of walk-in customers who wanted their good clothes treated carefully.
People came back because of one habit. Nothing left the shop until it looked the way we would want our own clothes to look. If a stain would not come out, we said so instead of quietly returning the item.
The shop is bigger now. Stores collect, the workshop cleans, and everything runs on one system, so whoever picks up your call can tell you where your order actually is.

Three things we do not skip
We look first
Fabric, buttons, lining and any damage are checked and noted before cleaning starts.
We treat, then wash
Stains are worked on one by one. The wash is chosen for your item, not for the batch.
We finish by hand
Pressing, folding and packing are done by people. Machines miss collars.
